More About Joseph Santini
Early Career
Joseph started his career in construction at the age of 13, working weekends and summers at his father’s steel shop in his hometown of Boston. He later moved to Arizona to attend ASU, where he earned a degree in Construction Management in 2003.
Professional Experience
Joseph spent 20 years working in commercial construction with one of the largest roof structure companies in Arizona. He began as a sales engineer and eventually became the VP of Client Relations, gaining extensive experience and building strong industry connections.
Founding S&S Structures
After leaving his previous company in late 2023, Joseph stayed in touch with his valued partners and identified a gap in the industry. This led him to create S&S Structures with his long-time collaborator and friend, Dennis. With an 18-year professional relationship, they built S&S Structures on a foundation of relationships, safety, and service.
Personal Life
When Joseph isn’t working hard to deliver POMG (Peace of Mind Guaranteed) with trusted partners, he enjoys spending time with his five kids, having dinner with his wife, and hiking Camelback Mountain every Sunday, rain or shine.
